"Victory #5 of 30" is crafted from white bronze with a satin finish and placed atop a black marble base.
Scott's "Victory" bronze series was originally inspired during his travels to Paris years ago while wondering the halls of the Louvre Museum. It was during this trip that he came across the "Winged Victory" sculpture of Nike and was admiring its beauty, grace, and power. Nike was the goddess of victory in Greek mythology and is depicted as having wings, hence her alternative name "Winged Goddess". Scott was so inspired he began designing his own depiction of Nike and the "Victory" bronze series was born!
