SHIPPING FEES
Once your order has been placed, our team will contact you within 24 hours via email with a tailored shipping quote. Delivery costs are calculated based on the destination, size of the piece, and level of service requested - ranging from standard transport to premium white-glove delivery.
DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are pleased to offer both domestic and international delivery. Whether furnishing a private residence, outfitting a design project, or coordinating a gift abroad, our team will ensure a smooth and secure delivery experience tailored to your needs.
Most of our furniture and lighting pieces are made to order, with lead times ranging from 4 to 16 weeks, depending on the item. If the piece is available at our West Hollywood showroom, you will be notified by email, and shipping will be arranged within 1–3 business days.
Many of our accessories are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch. For international shipments, please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. As required by law, we must declare the full value of all shipments and cannot modify invoice amounts or documentation.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We carefully inspect each item prior to shipment to ensure it meets our exacting standards. Upon delivery, we kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately. Should there be any issue, please notify us at info@mogullife.com within 24 hours of receiving your item so we may assist you promptly.
In the rare case of damage or fulfillment error, we will work with you to provide a suitable
resolution. Claims submitted beyond the 24-hour window may not be eligible for review.
Please note that custom and made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and considered final sale. Cancellations or modifications cannot be accepted once production has begun.
Most of our pieces are handcrafted using natural and artisanal materials. Variations in texture, tone, or finish are inherent to the nature of these materials and are considered part of the item’s unique beauty - not imperfections.
In-stock items typically ship within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Once a shipment has been processed, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
